I learned the ground before I learned the sky.
SQO SkyWorks is my one-man drone company in Charlotte, NC. I'm FAA Part 107 certified, fully insured, and I handle site documentation, construction progress, and aerial marketing media across the Greater Charlotte Area.
Before drones, I worked in landscape design and site planning. That background still shapes how I frame every flight. Grades, setbacks, access, progress. The stuff your team actually needs to see, captured at the right angle the first time.

Things people ask before they book.
Are you licensed to fly commercially?
Yes. I hold an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot certificate, and every flight follows airspace and safety regulations. Near the Charlotte airspace, that includes LAANC authorization when it's required.
What areas do you cover?
Charlotte and the Greater Charlotte Area: Uptown, SouthPark, Ballantyne, Matthews, Concord, and the surrounding metro on both sides of the state line. I'll travel for the right project.
How quickly do I get my files?
Depends on scope, but most shoots turn around fast. You get edited stills and video formatted for listings, decks, and social, ready to use the day they land.
Can you do recurring progress flights?
Absolutely. A lot of my construction clients book repeat flights so the build gets documented from the same vantage points every time.
How much do drone services cost?

Do you shoot real estate and property listings?
Yes. Aerial stills and video for listings, developments, and property marketing are a big part of my Marketing & Visual Media work across the Greater Charlotte Area.
How do I book a flight?

Are you insured?
Yes. I'm fully insured, and I fly in compliance with FAA Part 107 regulations.
Do you deliver edited files or raw footage?
Edited and ready to go. I color-correct the stills and cut the video myself, formatted for listings, decks, and social. Raw files are available if you want them.
How far in advance should I book?
A few days' notice is ideal, but reach out anytime. I can usually make tight timelines work when weather and airspace cooperate.
