Downtown Matthews around the old depot is one of those places that looks better from 150 feet than it does in a brochure. The brick storefronts, the farmers market crowd on a Saturday, the way the neighborhoods fan out from the center. That's the shot. For the rest of town, the value is more practical: builders need progress documentation on new subdivisions, and agents need listings that show the whole lot, not just the front elevation.
I pay attention to things like lot lines, grading, and how a property meets the street, and it shows up in the final imagery. Everything gets edited by me and delivered ready to publish.
