Waxhaw is two towns in one. There's the historic district downtown, with the wooden pedestrian bridge over the tracks, and then there's everything growing up around it: estate lots, horse properties, and new neighborhoods stretching toward the state line. Both halves photograph better from the air. Downtown gets its character shot, and the acreage gets a frame that actually shows what five wooded acres look like.
A lot of my Waxhaw work is large-lot residential. Ground photos flatten that kind of property, and an aerial fixes it in one pass: the house, the drive, the tree line, the pasture. Builders out here use me for progress flights too. I plan around the airspace, fly it myself, and edit everything before it goes out.
Waxhaw is the far southeast corner of my regular coverage, and worth the drive. I serve Weddington, Marvin, and the rest of southern Union County on the same trips.

Waxhaw drone services FAQ
Do you serve Waxhaw, NC?
Yes. Waxhaw is part of my regular Union County route, and I'm out here often for large-lot listings, new construction, and downtown work.
Are you licensed and insured to fly drones in Waxhaw?
Yes. I'm an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot and fully insured. I check the airspace for every address before I fly.
What drone services do you offer in Waxhaw?
Real estate aerials, acreage and estate photography, construction progress, site documentation, mapping and surveys, marketing media, and event coverage.
What do I receive after a shoot?
Finished, edited photos and video, ready to publish. Acreage shots get a careful color grade, since green-on-green goes muddy fast if the edit is rushed.
How do I request a quote or book a flight in Waxhaw?
Email shane@sqoskyworks.com or call (704) 783-6767. Tell me about the property and what you want it to look like, and I'll plan the shoot.
